Vertical blinds are an alternative to curtains or drapes for longer windows and glass doors. By working along with the pull of gravity rather than against it, they manage to hold much more structural integrity than horizontal blinds would at those scales. Mrs. Keeginen’s balcony entrance was exactly this sort of long glass pane, and she didn’t like the look or the flimsiness of curtains. We ran her through a few different designs for vertical blinds, and she liked the sliding Venetian blinds options we offered. The new set of vertical Venetian blinds consists of panels that move on a single overhead slider.
